Remote Online Notarization (RON) is the process by which a state-approved notary notarizes your documents using a secure online platform — no in-person visit required.
To get started, you'll need the following:
Once you have these, follow these steps:
An apostille is an official certification that authenticates the origin of a public document for use in countries that are members of the Hague Convention. I can guide you through the process and coordinate with the appropriate state or federal authority on your behalf. Whether it's a birth certificate, diploma, power of attorney, or business document, I'll ensure your paperwork is properly prepared and submitted.
If you need a document translated, I can assist you. Documents are often translated for use abroad, legal proceedings, business transactions, or to better serve clients who do not speak English.
As a Notary, I have partnered with a Premier language service provider with more than 30 years of experience delivering professional translation and interpretation services.
All translations undergo a rigorous quality assurance process and are completed by experienced, certified translators to ensure accuracy and reliability.

A jurat is used when a document requires a sworn statement - you sign in my presence and take an oath or affirmation that the contents are true. Common examples include affidavits, sworn declarations, and certain court filings. I'll administer the oath and complete the notarial certificate to make your document legally valid.
Sometimes a document or legal proceeding requires a verbal oath or affirmation without a written signature - I'm authorized to administer both. An oath invokes a solemn promise; an affirmation is a non-religious alternative that carries the same legal weight. This service is often requested for depositions, court-related matters, and official proceedings.
